Return/Refund Policy


Accessories and Sale items are final and cannot be returned for store credit or refund. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then Silk and Briar must receive the return within a reasonable time frame. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, and with any tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, animal hair, etc. will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. Please read and understand these guidelines before returning an item, because if an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.

Damages and issues
We will take every effort to examine products for damage or defects before we send it to you. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Silk and Briar is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

Silk and Briar is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office, UPS, or other courier. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
